Previously worked for Booz Allen Hamilton supporting the U.S. Joint Staff on a range of irregular warfare and global strategic competition initiatives, which sparked interest in bridging the gap between the military and emerging technology. Completed Venture Lab with Squadra Ventures, and interned with Booz Allen Ventures during summer 2025.
João Amá (Co-chair): MBAi. Spent four years in Finance at Google, primarily supporting GTM strategy for the cybersecurity business. Continued working part-time on Google’s AI team from Sept 2024-March 2025. Looking to leverage tech experience to build a career in tech-focused Private Equity. Currently a part-time intern at Ponte Partners, a secondaries firm based in SF (PE Lab). Joining Excolere Equity for summer 2025.

Meredith Kuser (VP): MMM. Formerly in corporate finance and strategy at Mr. Cooper Group, leading initiatives spanning workflow redesign, analytics, and operational efficiency. Mitchell Green (Director): E&W. Institutional allocator investing in public and private markets. Founding member of a $9 billion public pension fund. Awarded active mandates from $15 to $880 million. Focused on fixed income, private debt, and all private secondaries. Prior experience at the Illinois State Board of Investment.
Jake Nelson (Director): MMM. Spent seven years at ExxonMobil, primarily focused on reducing downtime at manufacturing, mining and trucking customers. Also led market intelligence and external engagement programs in IR for two years. Passionate about solving complex problems in critical-to-society industries.
Aaron Lewis (Director): 1Y. Spent the last 2 years leading M&A and corporate development for a PE-backed portfolio company. Prior to that, spent 3 years as a private equity investor at Align Capital Partners, a growth-oriented private equity firm focused on the lower middle market. I began my career in investment banking at Brown, Gibbons, Lang & Company. I’m passionate about investing in and supporting management teams within the middle market.
Brandon Jodie (Director): 1Y. Formerly a private equity investor at Insight Equity, where he led deal execution and portfolio management across a range of asset-intensive industries in the middle market. Brandon began his career at J.P. Morgan in New York as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Consumer & Retail group, advising on over a dozen M&A and capital markets transactions.
